I use Custom UI Editor for Microsoft Office.
I downloaded Office Ribbon Editor (Leaf Creations). However, when I try and open my Ribbon.docm file, the screen is blank. I don't see any of the code. I can't even start a file from scratch. The screen is just blank. Did I download the correct program? BTW, great picture. Whenever my kids do something stupid, I just call them "Midvale".
