That may be possible, but:
1. you say each file has "a persons name at the beginning of the filename". How does one differentiate between the person's name and the rest of the filename; and 2. once the names are extracted, how would these be matched with destination email addresses? You also refer to "a folder with 1000 files in it" but then to "I have 10,000 reports to email out". Does this mean there are multiple reports for each person? If so, is each report a separate file, do multiple people receive the same reports, does each file contain multiple reports? Something else?
