If you identified each Content Control by using the Title or Tag property in Word then the macro could align the field entry with a column title of the same name in Excel.

The macro would have to be re-written for that. If that's what Idiggity1018 wants, a new thread should be started. Even the discussion about duplicate handling amounts to a hijacking of the original thread.
