Good morning,
I am currently working with a word document to create student certificates. I have students' names on an excel workbook sheet by class. I am looking for a way to combine the names into the word certificate to print "all" showing the different student names. I have attached a sample of the word certificate. If there is any possible way to achieve this, please advise. Thanks |

You should consider using Word's mailmerge tools for this. Provided your Excel data are laid out with one row per student, and columns holding their names and classes, it is all quite straightforward.
