Macro is in Excel? Word?
Yes, the security settings on other computers can be an obstacle to your macro. (It is supposed to be.) In Word, a template with macros will be disabled when it comes from a foreign source even if placed in a trusted location. Even a document with no macros will be locked for editing (opened in protected mode). A message does pop up on my machine with my settings that lets me enable editing and macros in the foreign document. |
