Default Macro - Can I move information from a website and excel to word?

Question #1: I am wondering about a macro that could take information from a webpage or web baesd voice player (preferred over getting info from website) and place it in my word document template.

Question #2: I am wondering if a macro can be wrote to move information from an excel sheet to a word template.

I only have a very basic understanding of how to write macros so these are complicated for me. I would be happy to even pay someone to write these if they are possible.
