I've created a form and want to auto-populate a field with a values assigned in an adjacent ActiveX drop-down menu. I have inserted a bookmark in my menu so it is named and thus may be referenced. As info, I've created all this in a table.
Does anyone know a formula I can use to have the value display in my separate field? Or another way? Thanks! |

Hi
Try the following: 1. Set up your Bookmark in an adjacent cell and enter some text. 2. Select another cell. 3. Select Insert Tab - Quick Parts - Field. 4. In the left hand column scroll down and click on "Ref". 5. In the right hand column click on the Bookmark name. 6. Click OK. The bookmark text will now be repeated in the active cell. Hope this is what you were looking for. Good luck. Tony |
