Done.
The more difficult part was control the interlining, or distance between lines.
A good tutorial for word xp - 2002 ?

P.D. The method is more good the one i try before : each pdf page to doc. Then each to watermark.
Write overlay and make the fusion, and print to pdf, then join the pdf.
