Default
1. Insert a textbox.
2. Choose Format|Textbox>Layout>Wrapping Style: In front of text >Colors & Lines> Color: No Fill > OK.
Your transparent textbox will now be in front of the text. You can use the 'Colors & Lines' panel for removing the border also, if you wish.
