Thank you for your reply. I have already tried playing around with seq. & fields in 'Word' and all I finish up with is a page with 4 boxes and the numbers 1,41,81 & 121 in them.I have tried mail merge with 'Excel' but can only get one sheet to appear. When I try to merge 41-80 1-40 disappears. I guess I'll just keep on trying. Once again Thanks longee
