****MS WORD****
I have a table that contains 5 columns and over 30 rows. Column headings are (Date, Acct, Info, Hours, Amount) How would I go about distinguishing a particular account number (example 111) from all the others while at the same time getting the hours and amount to total separately. Hi lawnG,
Unless you use a macro, Word can't do that kind of summation. What you could do, though, is embed an Excel worksheet into your Word document and let Excel do the work. See attached.
