Deleted Box Still There??

I have a document created by another user in which i can delete the indicated box, save the changes and the box still shows up on the other user's machine when they open the document. It is gone on my machine when I open the document. What is happening?? See Attachment.

You didn't mention it, but Track Changes is turned on. Probably you have your options set Balloons: Always and the other person has a different setting for Balloons.

It is now apparent that this particular change is not tracked like other...(highlighted in color) Your answer was spot on!! After all changes were accepted, the boxes disappeared for all!! Thanks! The 'baloons on' option was the only way to really show the change!
