Technique?
Andrew, this puzzles me, taken from your reply above:
"I [insert a new row] quickly by putting my cursor to the left of the table row above and pressing Enter." Surely you meant "to the right of the row above". Otherwise, pressing enter simply adds a new paragraph in whichever row the cursor preset;y resides.
