How to align this in the word table

Hello,

I have a table in word and I'm trying to align the 3 rows as in the attachment.

I'm trying to align all 3 but is not working . What can be ?

What are you trying to align? All 3 one each on one line? Centering text in column 1? I attached a sample with adjusted column widths.

I assume you're referring to column 1. From your screenshot it would appear the paragraphs have different indents. That's fixed by adjusting the paragraph indents just the same as you might do if those same paragraphs were outside a table.
