You really do need to be clear about what you want to do. You're now up to the third iteration...

For what you're now describing, a macro would be needed but, even then, it's not exactly clear what your expectations are.

I want to end up with a calendar with subtables that are schedules- many subtables are identical or have parts that are the same. Each cell will have its date- I'd prefer that it start with the dates in each cell of the table- lots of calendar formats in Word. Second preference is start with all subtables set up and add dates.
