I just checked your solution and that sort of works but it doesn't because it overrides the previous cell contents. JimP's answer was really how to copy a cell into multiple cells not its actual contents (e.g. if the new cells had anything in them they would lose what they contain) and it seems it is hard to get Word 2007 to stop treating any paste object as a complete cell so it deletes any pasted into cell's previous contents. Is there a solution? A clumsy alternative would be how to convert a table so that the start text of any cell is a calendar.
