I went through the paste special options and the unformatted text was the only one that worked! I just tried (again, I've tried everything!!) copying one column of data to word. Then I click 'Convert to Table' - hoping that I could then add an additional two columns but the problem is I have 12,751 rows of data, and the dialog box prompts I can only have a MAX of 4000.

As for pasting 'unformatted text' - it DID work, somehow, someway it filled the existing table with the new data. It just left this dreadful formatting error in a few spots.
