Default Here is a sample file that shows the kind of break I want to remove.

I do know how to insert and delete rows but after I inserted and deleted rows to keep the member directory updated, 3 unwanted breaks appeared either at the top or bottom of pages. Here is a sample file that shows the kind of break I want to remove. The actual file has about 32 pages. The table should be 2 column by 6 rows as it is on the second page of the sample file. I brought up Linux because I use a Linux distro called Kubuntu and I was hoping there might be a nice layout program for Linux.
