Yes, you should be able to sort by name. Of course, if the alphabetic order of the names isn't the same as the ranking (eg "nil, low, medium, high, severe" would sort as "high, low, medium, nil, severe"), you might need a 'helper' column with numbers that correspond to the rankings.
