Question Automatical backgroundcolor change based on cell value

Hello, I have a table in words with dropdown menu's in certain cells. the selection creteria in the dropdownmenu are words (open, closed etc.) Now I want that the cell's backgroundcolor automatically change based on the selected criteria from the dropdown menu.

I can manage to do this in Excel. You don't need any special kind of macro for that. But now I want to apply this in a table created in Words 2010.

Can anyone help me with this?
