This is really weird behaviour but the following qoute from your posts "Refreshing the desktop; rigfht click, "Refresh" solves this issue but only temporarily." suggests this is a Windows or a graphics driver thing. Nothing to do with Office. Because it only happens on the desktop that's a pointer to a bug in Windows I reckon.
Try updating all drivers as well as Windows. I know this is a big suggestion but maybe consider upgrading to Windows 11? |
