Your profile shows Windows 8 but your initial post states Windows 10? Which is it? Maybe change your profile detail if it is W10?
If it is Windows 8 then it may be Windows 8 issue and not an Office issue. Windows 8 was a bad release and support ended way back in January 2016. Also has it just started happening? If so then think back to when it started and what may have changed at that point that may be causing it. |

Thank you for the nudge to change my profile, it's been a long time since I've been here.
My original post here is correct; W10 MSO 2019. This is a new ASUS laptop as of March 15-22 and a new install of Ofice 2019. As noted I reinstalled both, to no avail and also installed Office 2016. No change. |
