Last night my Mouse failed so I put a new battery in it and it still wouldn't work. As it was old and I happened to have a new very smart Sandstream I set that up but found there was a small short USB plug which I had to place in the back of the computer tower then it worked.
I then found that the Keyboard wouldn't work so I checked the batteries with a meter and found they were very weak but I had no spares so had to wait until this morning. I bought some new batteries but whatever I do the Keyboard will not act so can anyone suggest what I can do. I'm using my laptop to send this.
