![]() I have read and tried all the threads on turning off password requirement to log into windows. I've gone to profile settings and check don't ask for password. Nothing seems to work on two of my computers. Why does it have to be so mysterious? |

Windows 10 has many mysterious issues, of which I am running into myself as I just upgraded from Win 7 to 10. Are you the administrator to your own machine? Win 10 has two settings Standard and Administrator. If you are not the administrator of your machine you will be locked out of changing some items. I was the administrator of my Win 7 machine, but it appeared Win 10 did not recognize the settings. I had to search the Internet on how to log on as Administrator for Windows 10 and change the settings. I made sure I was added to the Group Membership of Administrators. I don't remember the link I used. I'll try to find it again and post it for you.
