Why does a line between boxes change format and position when moving boxes?

I don't know if I use the correct words, but screendump i attachements shows the problem.

I try to move the box "Arendal vannverk" upwards, then suddenly the dashed line jumps out of place and becomes blue.

What type of line is the "dashed line"? If it's a connector then this is Visio trying to reroute the Connector. Or it might be "Connector splitting". If the former then redraw the "dashed line" as a plain line rather than a connector. If the latter then try tab right-click -> Page Setup -> Layout and Routing
andturn off Connector Splitting.
