I used Visio for over 10 years exclusively for floor plans and IT network diagrams and I have never seen any documentation dedicated to the use of Visio. Not saying that there is not any...I just have not seen any. I have since retired and no longer working with the product BUT, there is another Visio forum that you may have better success in finding out...Here is that link:
