The dotted lines all start from one end. If you position your connectors so the Start (origin) end is where the lines all start together then the dots will align with each other until the lines separate.

However, if you put the 'End' end at the origin point then the dots are likely to not align.

If you can't work out which end of a connector is the Origin, move it slightly so the line is shorter. If the dots stay in the same place, you moved the End. if the Dots move, you moved the origin.
