Hello,
recently I got stucked at resource allocation in MS Project 2010. I created resources representing company cars (e.g. Volvo V70, Volvo S60) and workstations (e.g. Dell M4600, Dell Latitude).

Problem is that I am able to assign same resource to multiple projects. I need to assign for exmple Volvo V70 and Dell M4600 to one project and Volvo S60 and Dell Latitude to another project and at this point I need that these resources are blocked (or marked as used) so I cant assign them to the third project.
