Hi!
I´m currently running MS Project Professional 2007. I´d like to set up a resource pool so that they can be shared across all projects within our department. We´ve set up a project folder structure that looks somewhat like: - Project 1 - Planning - Follow up - Closoure - Project 2 - Planning - Follow up - Closoure Projects´ schedules (.mpp files) are stored under the Planning folder. How can I achieve a resource pool in a scenario like this? Thing is that Project makes me keep all files within the same directory. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! |
