Hi Yes you can setup a Central Resource Pool and share that resource across multiple projects. Rather than explain step by step here you can search the web for information on setting up a central resource pool. There should be some help in Project (Click F1 and search for central resource pool). If you get stuck then come back to the forum for further help. Good luck. Tony(OTPM)
