Hi, I'm fairly new to Microsoft Project.
I have Project Professional 2010 installed.

I can see I need to set up people (work resources) on each individual project. The problem is that this doesn't give me a high level view of availability and utilisation.
In my company we manage several small projects concurrently and each consultant will work several differerent projects at any one time.
Is there any way to set upi the resources once only and then be able to select those resources for each project?
