Hi
MS Project is a scheduling tool and is not really designed to show you the location people are working at. However here is a suggestion that may work. In your task description you could add in brackets the location of where the task is being carried out. This would then show in the the Gantt chart where a resource is working. Bear in mind that if the same task is being worked on in differing locations you would have to repeat the task with a diferent location in the brackets. I would also strongly recommend that your company send you on a MS Project training course. The benefits would far outweigh the cost. Good luck. Tony(OTPM) |
