Default Dates appear with different formats

Cannot work out why the dates in many projects (different files) appear with different format. In image below the date has been clicked, it then comes up as a long date, not as week format. When moving cursor somewhere else, it says with the long date.

And yes, have changed the date settings, so that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Can add, this is not happening with my projects, this is a colleague who this happens to her in her projects. I cannot replicate same thing for myself.

Thanks,.
