To be best of my limited knowledge, MS Project will not automatically change duration of a task, though it might be possible with VBA. A workaround without VBA will be to use custom Duration, Start & Finish fields and then use formula to change the custom duration of a Task if it starts or ends in a winter month. =jerome Planners' Place |
