I use MS Project Pro 2016. I have created a resource pool (seperate project file) and use those resources in 3 different projects. Now I am trying to level those resources according the project priority. Leveling the project with higher priority does not seem to affect the projects with lower priorities. How do I make MS Project to delay the projects with lower priority in favor of the ones with a higher priority? |
