HELP! multiple, non regular recurring tasks

Hello everyone!

I need to do a timeline for building a 80 kms of fiber link, which has 70 shafts in between, 1 km ap

Please help with tasks definition

1) Digging - 1km;
2) when 1) is ready, install 1 shaft for 0.5 days
...

2) 80 kms
