Hi.
I've made a programme for a one of our projects and have changed the traditional way that the programme is made. We build roads and tend to use links to control the order in which the roads are built, however that never works well. I've changed that by not linking individual roads and used priorities and resources to control the order in which each road is built. I think that makes much more sense, however the consequence seems to be that the critical path is now decided by a single road (that last one), and if I set MS Project to calculate multiple critical then almost everything becomes critical. I would like opinions on whether or not the way I've done the programme is "correct" but also comments on the critical path issue. I had to zip the programme (MS Project 2010) to upload it. /Møller |
