I use a separate text column to indicate tasks assigned to various project managers. There are multiple sub-projects within the project. I've created a filter that shows tasks assigned per that column which then allows me to see remaining work, but I cannot find an easy way to sum the remaining work column. I currently copy and paste it into excel, but I'd like to do it all within MSP. Does anyone have a method for this? |

Hi Brent,
Filtering does not change the summary values Consider grouping by the project manager assigned. The remaining work should be summarized by group. |

Excellent suggestion. I have not used grouping to any great extent. This is a great quick solution. Thank you.
