If there is a relationship between tasks (I can't start task 2 until task 1 is complete) then link them. I opened your schedule - it is apparently linked to another schedule which you didn't include.

The tasks are still all manually scheduled.

Regarding the above - all of the subtasks are manually scheduled. Do no assign the resource to the summary task - he/she should be assigned to each meeting.

Please look now I make auto scheduled, but everything start in the same time and worker is overload.

It is possible to make schedule base on pririty and date before which should be done ? without connetion beetween tasks ?
