If there is a relationship between tasks (I can't start task 2 until task 1 is complete) then link them. I opened your schedule - it is apparently linked to another schedule which you didn't include.
The tasks are still all manually scheduled. Regarding the above - all of the subtasks are manually scheduled. Do no assign the resource to the summary task - he/she should be assigned to each meeting.

Please look now I make auto scheduled, but everything start in the same time and worker is overload. Capture2.JPG It is possible to make schedule base on pririty and date before which should be done ? without connetion beetween tasks ? scheduled3.mpp
