Hi,
The majority of the time i use project to show very basic project programmes that need to be converted to pdf files for printing/emailing etc. When i complete say 5,6,7 tasks it does not fill the entire page for printing. i select the scale to 1 page by 1 page but this just creates a large blank area at the bottom. is there any way to fill the entire page?? I have attached a screenshot to give you an idea of what i mean. |

I don't have Project 2016 in front of me - but is there a Page Setup link underneath the orientation setting in File > Print?
You may have some luck adjusting scaling on the Page tab in Page setup. |
