![]() I'm assisting a colleague with the building of a schedule to track resource utilization and project interdependencies. I am now seeing a small square in front of some names. The only difference is that there is an email address assigned to the resource. Is this Projects way of indicating the resource can receive emails? Thanks!!! |

The square in front of the resource's name is a tie-in between Project and Skype for Business. Project can show a resource's Skype for Business presence based upon the email address entered.

You're welcome. Look for Skype for Business or Outlook Web App (through Office 365). Both products integrate a user's presence into Project. The box will disappear if you delete the email address.
