Hello Margaret, sorry to bother you again but I would really like your help once more.
So I am trying to use what you have suggested and I am having a bit of problem with the starting dates that MS chooses automatically.

For example:
My project start date is 13 June.
Pick Up Point 1 I would like it to be at 1 July.
Pick Up Point 2 I would like it to be at 1 August.
Pick Up Point 3 I would like it to be at 1 Sept.

Phase 1 of server 1 lasts 3 days, so I have defined a 7fs-3d dependency.
Task 7 has a dependency with Pick Up Point 1 milestone.
So when I change the "Pick Up Point 1 milestone" date, I would expect that the starting date of phase 1 is automatically set to 3 days before the start date of task 7.
However this does not happen for some servers. Any idea why? I attach my mpp.
