You're welcome. I'm not a "sir" but rather Julie - a Ma'am if you must

All of the earned value data (with the exception of SPI and CPI) are in cost terms. So, you can use some of the spare cost fields (Cost1, Cost2) as needed to perform the calculations.

Add the field to a table (left side of the view) and then right click on the column heading and select "Custom Field".



Click the option for Formula and enter the formula. For example for BAC - the formula would be
[EAC]-[AC]

Field names are enclosed in square brackets. For multiplication use * instead of x.

I'd rather call you Julie!!! thanks a lot!!! Thanks for answering my questions!!! So, I'm going to insert those fields via calculated fields!!!
