![]() I have a large schedule im putting together in MSP 2007. This schedule has the same task items repeating many times throughout the schedule as the work is the same, it just repeats from building to building. I want to change the duration for the task and have it update the entire schedule instead of having to go line by line and do it. How can i accomplish this? EX: Prep & Paint 4 days. This line items appears at least 100+ times in the schedule im working on. If i want to adjust it to 2 days and have this update throughout how do i do it. |

I would filter the task list (auto filters) for the task and then use the fill handle to fill down the new duration. (You may want to temporarily turn off Summary tasks).
