By using recurrence option, we can mark every 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th week as off day, but my query was to mark 1st and 3rd week off simultaneously.

After using recurrence option, 1st or 3rd Saturday will have to mark as off day forcefully.

Please re-read the step by step directions again. You select Weekly every 2 weeks on Saturday starting with the first Saturday of the month you will see every other Saturday is off.

By using this option, every 2nd Saturday is marked as off day, while I just want 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month as off day.
