Is there any option of conditional formatting in MS project?
example: Today's activities, tasks for next 5 days and previously done activities will automatically mark bold and highlight just for presentation purpose. Regards, Arif |

No, sorry. You can use highlight filters to filter a task range or tasks assigned to particular individuals or groups.

You're welcome. Will the highlight filters work for your need?

Filter only highlights the specific data, while I want to apply it on whole project.

You've lost me. You said you wanted to highlight tasks for the next 5 days - how does that apply to the whole project?

I said, I want to apply bold and highlight action in the project plan keeping in view followings.
1. Already completed tasks (dates highlight with blue color font) 2. Today's tasks (dates highlight with Green color font) 3. Tasks for next5 days (dates highlight with Red color font) |

No - sorry. Filters do not allow multiple options for coloring. You'd have to filter and manually apply the formatting.

I found another option, export the file in excel sheet and then apply it.

Great. Excel does have extensive conditional formatting.
