Hi Julie
Thanks for the update. I am using Windows XP Professional, with MS Project Professional 2010 version 14.0.7116.5000 (32 bit). I don't know how to determine what service pack is installed.

Can you explain to me (as a non-technical user) how a network latency issue would cause "save as" to fail but not "save"?
