Hi,
thanks a lot for your reply. I thought so... In reality, two guys work on Task A 50% because the task can only be done by both of them together. They do this for two days in the morning. So the afternoon is free for the second task. After two days the entire day is available for the second task. I will try a different approach in setting up my tasks. Maybe split the longer tasks in additional sub tasks. Thanks for the feedback! |
