Hi Julie,
Thanks for your reply. I was afraid that MS Project doesn't allow this kind of levelling, but I still had some hope on it. As I mentioned, this is just a small example of what I really have: over 20 activities that can be done by 2 to 6 workers (no less, no more), and a total of approx. 30 workers available that can perform any task.
