Hello aguatorito,
I'm afraid that is not how the resource leveling command works.
  • It will never assign resources.
  • It will never reallocate resources
All the resource leveling command will do is delay tasks until peak units is less than or equal to max units.


If you have 3 resources available, why not assign all 3?
